Quest School provides progressive special education services to UMCH residents and youth in Grades 6 through 12 from surrounding communities.
Quest School Offers-
Certified Educational Staff, Holistic Education Approach:
- Curriculum aligned to state standards
- Social skills training
- Individual, group and family therapy
- Extended school year
- Medication monitoring
- Individualized & research-based curriculum
- Positive behavior supports
- Behavior Management
- Safety Checks
- Crisis Intervention with a full-time behavior interventionist
- Non-public Special Education Facility
Professional Mental Health Staff:
- Therapist
- Registered Nurse (certified in mental health)
Contracted Services:
- Psychological Services
- Psychiatric Services
- Speech/Language Therapy
- Occupational/Physical Therapy
- Ongoing Collaboration with SIU Dept. of Rehabilitation Institute
School Hours:
- 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (spring/fall)
- 8:30 a.m. - 2:05 p.m. (summer)
