Christmastime at UMCH
We have been very busy this past month at UMCH. The Saturday after our Live Nativity, Santa rode in on his motorcycle with the Southern Illinois ABATE Chapter 27 to give presents to all of our youth.
The following week, UMCH Friends Auxiliary provided a Christmas Dinner with the youth.
Zion United Methodist Church in West Salem gave presents to mothers and their babies in our Best Beginnings / Nurse Family Partnership program.
Just a week before Christmas, the Residential Treatment Program and the Transitional Living Program opened gifts that were donated.
We were there when Santa flew in on a helicopter the weekend before Christmas to Dale’s Harley Davidson to greet the kids.
A very special thank you to all the churches, groups, and individuals that donated gifts or financial support to UMCH this Christmas.
