UMCH will provide a receipt for purchase.
UMCH has received several donations of new (slightly blemished) and like new furniture. There will be a blind-bid silent auction for the pieces of furniture held from
Wednesday, February 18, 2009 - 7:30am to 6pm
to Thursday, February 19, 2009 - 7:30am to 12pm.
- The furniture will be displayed in the UMCH Chapel Complex from Wed., Feb. 18th, 7:30am to 6pm through Thurs., Feb. 19th, 7:30 am to 12pm.
- Silent bids will only be accepted (and furniture can only be viewed) during those times.
- The highest bidder will be notified in the afternoon on Feb. 19th and will be responsible to pay for and pick-up the furniture.
- In the case of a tie, the bidders will be offered an opportunity to submit another bid, with the highest bid being accepted.
- Pick-up times are:
Thursday, Feb. 19th before 6pm and
Friday, Feb. 20th between 8am and 5pm.
