Community Connections New Therapists!

    

     Community Connections Counseling and Professional Services is pleased to introduce Beth Hoffman and Melissa Frank.  Both have recently joined their team as full-time outpatient therapists.

 Beth Hoffman and Misty Lucas

     Ms. Hoffman received her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from Eastern Illinois University and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor within the state of Illinois.  She has experience working with individuals who have depression, panic and anxiety, relationship/family and marital issues, eating disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, and bi-polar disorders. Beth also has provided therapy to individuals who have been sexually abused.

 Melissa Frank

     Ms. Frank is a graduate from Southern Illinois University with a double major in Psychology and Social Work; she has completed her Masters in Social Work with a Mental Health focus.

 

     “We are excited to have Beth and Melissa as therapists on our team,” said Misty Lucas, Community Connections Program Supervisor.  “Their years of experience as therapists are a valuable asset to our team that serves hundreds of children, adults and families within our community.”

 

     Community Connections Counseling and Professional Services is a service of United Methodist Children’s Home located at 4112 N. Water Tower Place in Mt. Vernon and 904 East Main Street in Norris City.  Community Connections offers professional counseling services based on Christian principles for individuals of all ages.  Blue Cross / Blue Shield insurance as well as most other insurance companies are accepted.
